Northend Consignment
CURRENT CONSIGNOR CONTRACT (Revised, Jan 2026)
Ownership and Responsibility:
Consignor verifies rightful ownership of consigned items.
Northend Consignment is not responsible for fire, theft, or damage to items.
The consignment period is 80 days.
Designer items will not reduce in price during first 80 day consignment period. Designer items can be reconsigned a second time but will drop in price and expire.
You will receive 40% of the selling price in cash or 50% store credit.
Price reductions to facilitate sales:
After 40 days: 25% reduction.
After 60 days: 50% reduction.
Item Return Policy:
Consignors must call or email to request item returns by the end of the 80-day period.
Pick up requests will be ready within 7 days.
Items not picked up within 7 days after the expiration date will be donated.
Prices on consigned items may be reduced at any time. Items unsold at the end of the consignment period are donated to a nonprofit group.
Pricing and Discounts:
Prices are set at the discretion of Northend Consignment unless specifically negotiated. We do not guarantee any prices. Revisions of the asking price may be made at the store‛s discretion.
Northend Consignment reserves the right to discount items to facilitate a sale.
Item Condition:
During the steaming process, Northend Consignment may donate items found to be damaged, stained, or dirty.
Account Funds:
Payment options are store credit or check.
Consignor profits will convert to a gift card after 12 months of non-activity (Profits available to spend in store but unavailable for check payout.)
Sales Policy:
All sales are final.
No returns or refunds, including on gift cards.
Fees:
Early pickup fee: $5
Check Fee: $2
