CONSIGNOR AGREEMENT

01 OWNERSHIP AND ACCEPTANCE 

You confirm that you own the items you consign and have the right to sell them. You also confirm that information you provide  about their condition and authenticity is accurate. NorthEnd may accept or decline items at its discretion. If an item is found during processing to be stained, damaged, dirty, counterfeit, or otherwise unsuitable, NorthEnd may donate it  without contacting you first. You authorize this disposition by signing. 

02 CONSIGNMENT PERIOD AND PRICING 

Your items are consigned for 80 calendar days, starting on the intake date recorded by NorthEnd. NorthEnd sets prices unless a  different price is agreed to in writing. A sale or a particular price is not guaranteed. 

Regular markdowns 

AFTER 40 DAYS 25% off the original price 

AFTER 60 DAYS 50% off the original price 

NorthEnd may make additional price reductions to facilitate sales, run promotions, or account for damage or condition, at the  store’s discretion. 

Approved luxury items 

Luxury treatment applies only to items approved by management and third-party authenticated for listings above $300. Approved items do not receive markdowns during their first 80-day period. If approved for a second 80-day term, the regular markdown  schedule starts in that second term. 

03 YOUR EARNINGS AND CHECK FEES 

You receive 40% of the final merchandise selling price by check, or 50% in store credit, based on your selected payout method.  The merchandise selling price excludes sales tax and reflects applicable discounts. NorthEnd does not offer cash payouts. Checks are issued by request. There is a $2 check fee for balances under $20. 

04 RETURN REQUESTS, PICKUP AND DONATION 

If you want unsold items returned, contact NorthEnd by phone or email. All returned merchandise must be physically picked up by day 87 (the 80-day period plus seven calendar days). A return request does not extend that deadline. Items still at NorthEnd after day 87 may be donated without additional notice. By signing, you authorize this donation. 

05 ITEM CARE, SALES AND ACCOUNT BALANCES 

NorthEnd will use reasonable care in handling accepted merchandise. However, no item is guaranteed against loss, theft, fire, or  damage. Nothing in this agreement excludes responsibility that cannot legally be waived. 

All retail sales are final, including gift cards, except as required by law. 

Consignor earnings and store credit do not expire.
