Drop-Offs & Appointments
We accept up to 30 items per visit, whether you walk in during business hours or book an appointment in advance.
Appointments are reviewed on the spot — you'll know what we've accepted before you leave.
Walk-in drop-offs are reviewed in the order they come in, typically within 2 business days. We'll reach out about what we've accepted and anything we couldn't take.
Both options welcome — choose what works best for your timing.
What We Look For Curated boutique and designer brands with an emphasis on natural fibers, timeless style, and excellent condition. See our What We Love page for the brands we're actively seeking. Items should be clean, freshly laundered, and ready to be loved again.
Condition Standards Items must be clean, freshly laundered, and free of damage, stains, or excessive wear. We inspect all items at drop-off — anything dirty or damaged will not be accepted. If damage is found during our steaming and review process, the item will be donated rather than returned.
Listing Period Items are listed for up to 80 days. To keep merchandise moving, prices are automatically reduced twice during that window:
Day 40: 25% off original price
Day 60: 50% off original price
Unsold Items After 80 days, you'll have 7 days to reclaim any unsold items. Items not picked up within that window are considered abandoned and donated at our discretion.
Our Splits Choose how you want to be paid:
50/50 split when you take your earnings as store credit
40/60 split (40% to you) when you take your earnings as a check
Items are priced by our team based on brand, condition, season, and current market demand.

Which brands do you accept?
We consign popular boutique and designer women's and men's clothing, accessories, footwear, and handbags. See our Brands We Love list for what we're currently seeking. We do not accept items without labels, or items from big-box brands like Target, Walmart, or Kohl's.
How are my items priced?
Our team prices each item based on brand, condition, season, and current market demand. We aim to price competitively so your items sell within the 80-day listing window.
Do you authenticate luxury items?
Yes. Every designer and luxury piece is carefully inspected and authenticated before being added to inventory. If an item requires further verification, we use trusted third-party authentication services to ensure accuracy. You can shop with confidence knowing every designer label is the real thing.
How do I check my balance?
Check your balance anytime in-store, by phone at (928) 440-4829, or online through our Consignor Login.
Can I see my items online?
Yes — log in to your consignor account to see which items have sold, which are still listed, and your current balance.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. Please look closely and ask questions before purchasing — our team is happy to help you find the perfect fit.
Where do unaccepted or unclaimed items go?
Unaccepted or unclaimed items are donated to local nonprofit organizations or moved to store inventory. We never throw clothing away.
